The Splash Dash Course

Our 5K Splash Dash course is filled with station after station,
guaranteed to get you soaked.

Along with our 2 secret splash stations, you will also find our Down-Hill Slip N Slide & our Water Gun Gangs.

Awards & Prizes

Prizes will be awarded for Most Enthusiastic Team, Most Team Members, and MORE! You don't have to be an athlete to win a prize!!! A prize also goes to the Best Costume in 4 categories... Team, Male, Female and Kid.

The adult category is considered ages 13 to 130 years old. The kid category is considered ages 12 years old and under.

Race Day Details

Participant and spectator parking areas are located conveniently at the Student Center Parking Structure. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the race to allow for parking, a short walk to the event venue, and starting line gathering. University parking is $10 per vehicle, so please carpool to save a little cash.

Remember... There will be food, CHARITY OPPORTUNITY RAFFELS, and more after the race! So, remember to bring a few bucks to further support our charities and to feed your stomachs. All race-day (non-food) proceeds will be going to our charities.

     Pickup at A Snail's Pace Running Store in Fountain Valley.
     While at Packet Pickup, make use of 10% discount at A Snail's Pace.

*Free up some space on your smart phone so that you can take some pictures with your friends! But remember, you will be getting wet, so putting your phone in a baggie (or taking other measures to keep your phone dry) is strongly suggested.


Registration has been booming in July! If you have purchased a voucher from a source other than Splash Dash 5K, you should have registered yourself by now. Due to the high volume of late registrations, there is a possibility that Event T-Shirts may run out. The Beach Cities Team will be using a first come, first served process. The first come, first served process will also acknowledge those participants that have already registed.

1) The first shirts will go to those who come to Packet Pick-Up - Friday, July 18th.
2) Next, shirts will go to registered participants on Race Day - Saturday, July 19th.
3) Finally shirts will be given to previously unregistered participants (including complications with voucher redemption process) on Race Day - July 19th
